Le projet 100 dessins contre la guerre du Vietnam est une opération de vente dont les bénéfices seront redistribués aux artistes et à deux lieux d’exposition : Komplot (Bruxelles) et le commissariat (Paris).
Pour l'occasion, l'invitation a été faite à 100 artistes de travailler à partir d'un thème et d'un format spécifiques. L'ensemble se pose donc sur une complexité de type dialectique, balançant entre l’humour d’un détournement de gala de charité et la volonté d'invoquer un sujet grave, aux arborescences multiples. Car aucune guerre, aucune lutte, n’est, hélas, anachronique.

100 drawings against the Vietnam War is a charity project curated by two non-for-profit spaces : Komplot (Brussels) and le commissariat (Paris). Its benefits are going to the artists and the two organizations.
For the nonce, we have invited 100 artists to work from a specific theme and format. So the event has been conceived with a kind of dialectical complexity : swinging between the détournement of a charity gala, and the aim to call upon a serious issue, and its multiple ramifications. Because no war, no struggle, is, alas anachronistic.
